Firebird Spirit’s Worship Supply Kit offers dependable worship support when you need it, without adding stress, last-minute logistics, or extra preparation to already busy weeks.
Use the full service, selected portions of the video, or only the written materials. Your leaders remain in control. Your congregation remains the community. The Worship Supply Kit simply provides scaffolding when worship leadership is stretched.
What You Receive
Downloadable Video
Your congregation receives a downloadable, ad-free service video in advance, so worship is not dependent on sanctuary Wi-Fi or a live stream.
Flexible Local Use
Invite local leaders to read prayers or scripture, use your own musicians, pause the video, substitute hymns, or rely on the full service as prepared.
Pastoral Grounding
Firebird worship is rooted in the Jesus tradition, shaped by Reformed theological care, and open to the Spirit’s movement through story, scripture, art, music, and reflection.
How It Works
Contact Firebird Spirit by phone or email no later than Wednesday of the week you need coverage. Tell us your church name, contact person, service date, and the amount you normally pay for pulpit supply.
On the Thursday before your service, your designated liaison receives the downloadable video link, editable worship packet, service notes, and invoice.
On Sunday, use the video and/or written materials in whatever way best serves your congregation. After worship, payment may be made by check or online within ten days.

You Set the Supply Rate
You tell us what you normally pay for pulpit supply. That is the amount we invoice. No mileage. No meals. No subscription. No hidden fees.
Support for Treasurers
Payment is requested within ten days. If worship is canceled and the service cannot be used, notify the Firebird Spirit office and the invoice will be voided.
Multiple Services
If you anticipate using the Worship Supply Kit more than once, we can invoice multiple services together and coordinate with your treasurer or bookkeeper.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Firebird Spirit a church?
No. Firebird Spirit is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit spiritual movement and Community of Hope. We support congregations; we do not replace or compete with them.
Do we need special equipment?
You need a computer or tablet, a projector or screen, and speakers. A liaison downloads the video before Sunday so the service does not depend on live Wi-Fi.
Can we use only part of the service?
Yes. You may use the full video, selected parts of the video, only the written worship materials, or a blend of Firebird resources and your own local leadership.
Do you provide music?
Yes. Music is included in the video and written materials. Whenever possible, we encourage congregations to use their own musicians as well.
Can this be used more than once?
Yes. Services are stand-alone orders, and churches may request multiple Sundays in advance. For ongoing needs, we can coordinate scheduling and payment arrangements.
